Working with our team in Nepal is one of the most important parts of Oja Moon to me. It is both exciting from a creative standpoint (making hands on decisions about colors, design, materials with the makers directly), as well as exciting from a business standpoint (feeling a special incentive to make it all a success because the women making the pieces, and the children at the orphanage where we donate a portion of proceeds, are real people that I personally know and care about.)
We are at work on a new Lovey that I can't wait to share with you, and you can see a little preview of it here at our breakfast meeting at one of my favorite bed and breakfasts in Patan, Nepal called Newa Chen.
